Return policy:
At Duchess Air Crew, we want you to love your purchase! We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no scuffs on the soles and in its original packaging.
Return parameters
Returns must be unworn and undamaged. Merchandise needs to be returned in original packaging. The sole of the shoe must be in original condition. It is advised that shoes be tried on in a carpeted area to avoid damaging the sole. Shoes with a damaged sole, or any other damage will not qualify for a refund.
Return Fees
At checkout you will have the option to unlock free returns for $1.98 to avoid return handling fees for eligible items.
What does this mean?
By paying $1.98 at checkout on your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees.
If you don't opt to pay the $1.98 fee now, you can still do a return, but you will be responsible for the cost of the $10.00 handling fee. Store policies may exclude certain items from this service, such as items that are final sale.

Allow for up to 14 business days for online returns and exchanges to be processed and/or shipped.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund is processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
